I’ve always wanted to have a go at throwing a pot. So, on a chilly day in early February I caught the 232 over to Ross and headed down the road to Yat Pottery to try my luck on the wheel, under the expert guidance of potter Adam Campbell.
Along with our good intentions to lose weight, do more exercise, and cut down on the vino – at least for a month or so – most of us these days want to do something positive for our community and the planet.
Now the older children are back at school there’s time to focus on the little ones again, and this new play cafe in Ross could be a great place to spend some time.
